Air Export Specialist

Navegate, A Radiant Logistics Company, is looking for an Air Export Specialist to work with key accounts to process goods Exported out of the US. As an Air Export Specialist you will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate clients’ needs relative to shipment setup, routing, costing, data input, document creation and gathering of documents needed for billing client. The person assists with all matters to achieve all aspects of import/export shipment processing needed to fulfill client’s deadlines, specialized requirements and provide updates needed to meet or exceed the client’s request and expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Shipment coordination. Setup of shipments and/or amendments to existing shipments based upon client directives including LCL, FCL, AIR, and both Import and Export.
• Quote requests – obtain competitive price solutions able to satisfy clients requests relative to shipment particulars provided.
• Assist when required on processing RFQs and work on bids.
• Manage import and export documentation, including but not limited to Bills of Lading, commercial documentation, certificates of origin and shipper’s letter of instruction.
• Tracking updates – input milestone/tracking updates, provide the client with updates as shipment progress is obtained throughout duration of the shipment transit.
