Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE
CENTER.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the Branch Manager for the Internal AND
External Communications and Community Relations Branch
(Code 1031) and reports to the Division Director of
Congressional And Public Affairs (Code 103).
  • You will provide advice and counsel to Director of Congressional
AND Public Affairs (Code 103) on matters related to the planning
and execution of the aforementioned core functions.
  • You will determine the critical aspects of organizational goals
and objectives, budgetary and staffing needs, and the allocation
of resources.
  • You will be accountable for success related to attainment of
goals and objectives.
  • You will approve leave, recommend discipline, awards and
promotions, and proactively resolve employee complaints.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized
experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) pay band in the
Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public
sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Coordinating the planning and execution of public affairs matters in
support of an agencies mission..
