experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in
the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or
public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the
following: 1 )Managing and providing technical guidance on all
facets of transportation and vehicle management of a rented or
leased motor vehicle fleet; 2) Implementing a budget to include
reprogramming and tracking of funds; AND 3) Utilizing computer
programs to pull and analyze data so as to measure the effectiveness
and efficiency of transportation operations.
