### Summary
You will serve as a TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST in the PRODUCTION
DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

### Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for tracking estimates and expenditures
and implementing controls necessary to keep budget execution in
line.
- You will make recommendations for prioritizing customer work to
ensure that their needs are met regarding mission requirements
and other high impact or command interest issues.
- You will examine questionable labor and material charges
utilizing a variety of specialized automated management
information system reports.
- You will attend periodic meetings with major customers.
- You will submit and track service calls for the Production
Division.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid
United States driver?s license.

final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to
obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result

a government credit card with travel and purchase authority.
- You may be required to drive to visit work sites and customer
offices and facilities.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such
as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and
safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
### Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized
experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in
the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or
public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the
following: 1 )Managing and providing technical guidance on all
facets of transportation and vehicle management of a rented or
leased motor vehicle fleet; 2) Implementing a budget to include
reprogramming and tracking of funds; AND 3) Utilizing computer
programs to pull and analyze data so as to measure the effectiveness
and efficiency of transportation operations.
