Job Description


High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Management, Project Management, IT, or closely related field.

Project Management Certification preferred.

5 years telecommunications installation and maintenance, computer systems, Tier-1 telecommunication customers and project management experience.

Valid Driver's License (subject to motor vehicle record review).


Develops and drives the operational priorities for in house and contracted construction management infrastructure.

Obtains quotes and create request for proposal.

Manage the fiber, microwave, and infrastructure construction.

Develops scope of work and provides recommendation on the architecture.

Prepares risk assessments and mitigation planning.

Provides project and communication plans and updates.

Prepares, develops, and controls budget.

Ensures project timelines are met and/or provide communication regarding the status of milestones and change control issues.

Manages Fiber, Tower, and Infrastructure ROW acquisitions, inspections, audits, new site construction, installations and commissioning.

Provides coordination across daily project meetings.

Provides liaison between NTUA, vendor community, NTUA Sales and NTUA Operations.

Develops and provides Construction Quotes to NTUA Sales.

Develops NTUA Data Services Pricing based on cost and materials.

Manages the strategic and tactical elements of projects.

Performs escalation within NTUA, vendors, and contractors as needed.

Serves as subject matter expert and assumes responsibility for the technical content of the project.

Keeps leadership and other departments informed of status of program activities by attending meetings and submitting reports.

Oversees special reports in response to internal and external requests in order to provide accessible data for reliable analysis, management review, research purposes and/or reporting requirements.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by: conducting research; attending seminars, educational workshops, classes, and conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks; participating in professional societies; and conferring with representatives of contracting agencies and related organizations.
