We are seeking a highly proficient and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Construction and work in collaboration with him, other Project Managers, Estimators and Administrative Support Staff. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful overall management of a project from start to finish, including all paperwork, schedule, budget and file to assure affective delivery and completion of a project once estimated/bid and contracted. He/she will have primary client contact and relationship responsibility. The Arizona branch office is viewed as a significant growth area for the company and this position will lead to plentiful opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
Our Project Managers are tasked with a full range of responsibilities that includes:
Responding to formal bid requests.
Participating in the sales process along with other team members.
Developing scopes of work and creating detailed estimates.
Writing contracts for clients and subcontractors, as well as negotiating and drafting change orders.
Developing and managing project schedules.
Managing all aspects of the reconstruction project from beginning to close including overseeing billing, profit and loss, labor management, job close-out, documentation and safety records.
Overseeing site superintendents, field crews and subcontractors.
Building outstanding relationships with clients and communicating with them throughout all phases of a project.
Occasionally traveling to work sites throughout Arizona, as necessary.
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience and ability to step into the position with minimal training, plus performance based bonus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a construction related field is preferable.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a general contractor independently managing complex and diverse multi-family, mixed use, condominium and commercial reconstruction and renovation projects.
Experienced with occupied space renovations and working with homeowners associations.
The ability to work on multiple reconstruction projects at the same time, which typically range in size from $500K to $8M.
Strong computer skills using MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Proficiency and experience using construction industry software ProCore highly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, time management, documentation and problem solving skills.
Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
A polished and professional demeanor and the highest level of ethics and integrity in all business dealings.
