As our Dispatcher you will work closely with your internal colleagues, either the technician and/or the customer service team, to help us with our goal to remain the area’s top service provider. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details is needed to coordinate service calls, prepare and delegate preventive maintenance and repair work. Your ability to keep things moving smoothly and communicate professionally with a friendly demeanor to both our internal and external constituents will keep you at the center of our highly successful service.
Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize will be the cornerstones to our success in providing technical service and/or sales service to our customers. Diverse duties could include: open work orders for service calls, process time cards and record keeping of the service calls. We will also need your strong administrative skills to keep the service vehicle records, answer phones for service area and back up to receptionist, process credit transactions and pitch in wherever needed in the service area.
To accomplish all this and more, the successful candidate will need computer skills, basic clerical skills and an ability to multi-task. At Naumann Hobbs, we are committed to improvement and change while holding true to the principles that have made us successful for more than 60 years.
