Natural Patches of Vermont is a family owned and operated manufacturing business, located in Bellows Falls, VT. We are a maker of natural health care products. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager with Bookkeeping experience for immediate hire. This position has the potential to expand to full time in the future. You will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. Responsibilities: • Utilize Sage 50 Accounting Software for Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Maintenance, Month-end bankreconciliation • Assist with packingand shipping customer orders received via email, phone, fax, and website • Customer service: Answer phones, email correspondence, resolve shipping and order issues • Schedule appointments and orders with vendors and suppliers • Coordinate with the Financial and Tax Accountants • Maintain HR Records, and submit payroll to provider for processing • Assist Marketing Director and Plant Manager with coordinating projects and executing plans • Manage and maintain an efficiently operating office Qualifications: • Previous experience in computerized bookkeeping required.
Manufacturing experience is preferred. • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong office skills with experience using MS office
