Outside Sales Representative

We are a new company seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions, educate consumers on our products and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Uncapped Commission Opportunity on top of your base hourly pay!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Arrive promptly and dressed appropriately to customers homes.
• Educate home owners on our line of products.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints and alert team members to the existence of, and seeks resolution to, any issues pertaining to the account.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Generating self-generated leads, in addition to leads provided by the company

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in construction or critical service-related industries preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines. This position does require a lot of driving from one appointment to another.
• Must be able to pass a background check
