Kalamazoo Company Looking For Part Time Office Staff
We are a telecommunications compliance company located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We provide state and federal compliance reporting for telecommunications companies across the US and Internationally. We strive to provide a professional, safe, employee-friendly environment.
Our business is growing, so we are looking for a reliable individual for part-time office work, 15-20 hrs / week. We will work with you to establish your flexible schedule in a very nice office environment. The ideal person will be friendly and outgoing, have attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work with little supervision. This is a professional office, so good telephone, email, written and oral communications skills are very important. This is a perfect position for someone with a secretarial, office administrator, or clerical background who now wants a more flexible, part-time work schedule.
This is a small, 5 person office, where you will be working directly with the other office members and working with clients via telephone and email. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to; light clerical work, state compliance reporting preparation and processing, preparing outgoing mail, filing, etc. The compliance reporting is performed using examples, templates and simple procedures and is fairly easy to learn.
High-school diploma required with some college preferred, strong math skills, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Previous experience as an office administrator, secretary, or clerical employee is not mandatory but it is an advantage.
Pay is hourly and will be based on your experience and qualifications.
