What Will You Be Doing?
+ Updates assigned physicians' Outlook calendar per Qgenda weekly staffing assignments and meetings.
+ Schedules meetings for assigned physicians or assigned team member. Reserves meeting rooms as needed.
+ Maintains record-keeping for physician academic accounts and time out of the office bank.
+ Processes employee reimbursements.
+ Coordinates travel plans, including conference registration, flight booking, and hotel reservations.
+ Provides support to the Radiation Safety, MRI Safety Officers and Administration Leads. Includes preparing the agenda, catering requisitions, preparing meeting packets and taking minutes for meetings.
+ Submits catering requisitions. Coordinates delivery and set-up.
+ Assist with supply and print shop orders.
+ Assist the Medical Staff Office and SLA with Credentialing of new Radiologists and Re-credentialing of existing Radiologists.
+ Schedule Radiology Conferences and maintain necessary paperwork.
What Are We Looking For?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:
+ High school graduate; business college coursework preferred.
+ Two (2) plus years of secretarial experience preferred.
+ Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trials preferred.
+ MS Office experience required, proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience with Epic, preferred.
+ Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
+ Strong inter-personal skills
+ Ability to actively participate as a team player
