Job Description

Nations Roof is seeking a confident energetic driven self-starter who enjoys being challenged and thrive in a closing environment. The Sales Representative is responsible for calling on new business with new clients in an allocated territory deliver presentations answer questions assist client with technical support and develop professional long –term relationships. Ideal candidates will be able to establish rapport and credibility through education and full service solutions. This position is based out Mobile, AL

Our projects range in scope from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs re-roofing and renovations of existing building exteriors and on-going roof maintenance inspection and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.

Functions: Develop Client Relationships and Revenue in an allocated territory.

  • Services existing accounts obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Network by leveraging past relationships going to trade and association meetings civic meetings and any other avenue that produces results in the territory.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed


  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products delivery schedules marketing techniques etc.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Create Presentations

  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of client and product that meets the need.
  • Submits proposals and contracts.

Track Results

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.


  • Contributes to team effort and works as part of the team.
  • Recommends changes in products service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
