Order Processing Specialist – Machine Service
Responsibilities:
- Machine service planning
- Plan and schedule maintenance work for customer machines
- Quote and invoice the customer accordingly
- Act as the primary liaison between service vendor and customer
- Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion
- Answer incoming calls
- Support customers by receiving and responding to calls, emails, fax and online requests regarding quotes, orders, purchase orders, questions, concerns
- Accurately record customer interactions
- Process new customer accounts to company software system
- Process customer quotes and sales orders, ensuring proper products, quantities, price and description
- Support sales reps by processing quote and order requests, responding to questions and providing ETAs and tracking
- Assists with customer pick up orders
- Process
- Customer return merchandise authorizations
- Dispenser service tickets
- Machine service tickets
- Data entry to company software system
- Sort and organize mail
- File
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
