We have a full time position available with our Customer Service and Sales Team serving NEMC’s nationwide network of band and orchestra musical instrument dealers, schools, and rental customers.
Full Time: M-F. Full Benefits.
- Assisting customers in the use of NEMC’s online system.
- Providing customer service support to rental program customers.
- Training affiliated dealers in the use of proprietary online applications.
- Providing product information and prices and generating sales to new and existing affiliated dealers, schools, and rental customers.
- Supporting and enhancing NEMC’s business relationships with dealers, schools, and rental customers.
- Performing general office functions.
NOTE: NEMC will be moving to Piscataway, NJ in January, 2020
