Company Description
Forty-two years strong, NCCSI is a general contractor specializing in light commercial construction projects in these business segments primarily: hospitality, retail, quick-serve restaurants, and automotive service centers. Our projects are typically in the Southeastern U.S., however we have projects spanning across the country.

Below is what a couple of employees have to say about their time here:

Project Manager, 4 years of service:
I enjoy working at NCCS because of the amazing people and the variety of projects I have been fortunate enough to be a part of. I’ve remodeled numerous hotels alongside our hospitality division, refreshed and built interior retail, and I am currently constructing ground up commercial buildings. With the support of an experienced team & the project range of NCCS, I have been able to fill up my personal “Tool Box” with valuable knowledge & experience. Consistently growing as an employee keeps me excited & always willing to tackle the next challenge.

Contract Administrator, 1.5 years of service
I enjoy working at NCCS because my years of construction background is appreciated and respected. NCCS has been open to new ideas to help streamline processes and make the system more efficient. It is a wonderful feeling to know that I am able to bring my experience to the table to help make things better for us and take some of the administrative load off the guys in the field. I have become part of a great team and feel good about getting up and coming into work every day. We are all truly working together to get things on track and running smoothly.
