We are a financial firm specializing in small business loans, merchant cash advance, debt restructuring, cash advance restructuring, and business loan modification.

About the Role

As the Business Loan Sales Manager Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the sales team. You will focus on creating efficiencies and additional processes to increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Job Descriptions

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Deliver company vision for our sales organization to ensure our teams are tailoring existing strategies to suit new channels and efficiently servicing leads, while maximizing productivity.

• Spearhead our annual, quarterly and monthly planning efforts and build the relevant models that ensure accurate demand forecasts, capacity planning, and overall workforce management.

• Assist with development or refinement of sales incentive plans as needed, plus monthly commission payouts.
Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting

• Ongoing analysis of sales metrics, with expectations of uncovering insights and making optimization recommendations

• Coordinate and documentation of sales reporting needs processes to translate into systems requirements and workflows

• Develop unified metrics definitions to be used across sales organization

• Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting for the sales team (both offline reporting and in CRM system as needed)

• Support work streams focused on opportunity management and reporting in new sales tools being released

• Lead strategy and execution

• Ownership of outbound and inbound lead distribution strategy

• Ongoing maintenance of lead quality and qualification

• Manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements.

• Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 7+ years of experience in sales and operations, consulting,      private equity, strategy or a high growth start up
• Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment
• Strong knowledge of business and financial concepts
• Quick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirty
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, and make strategic recommendations
• Experience conducting analysis, including creating complex Excel models
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills required, power user
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
