UI/UX Product Designer/Developer

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and innovative UI/UX designer to help us transform the way our customers engage and consume our products.  Your responsibilities would span all aspects of design and experience.  You'll engage directly with customers and business leader and touch everything from interaction design, usability testing, information architecture, product flows, storyboards, and prototypes.  Youll participate and engage in customer meetings to extract feedback on what users like and dont like to inform your recommendations and collaborate across product and engineering to bring your vision to life.



  • Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges
  • Develop and deliver front-end UI design for products from concept to finish, which includes developing the design and any coding required to deliver the product
  • Establish and drive design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Formulate and conduct user experience research and usability studies
  • Document and communicate designs via wireframes, mockups, user flows and other deliverables
  • Generate prototypes for multiple digital platforms and devices
  • Provide development teams with user stories, specifications, and other documentation
  • Lead brainstorming sessions around concepts and ideas



  • Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX application design experience
  • Previous design experience with supporting design portfolio
  • Proven experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Knowledge of web technologies and their impact on design solutions
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, Zeplin, InVision, etc.)
  • Expert proficiency in necessary UX tools
  • Experience with writing for UI as well as technical design criteria
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
