Level II employee needed at $17 per hour. Preferred hours are 9am-1pm PT, part-time temp. Coordinates administrative activities for Sales Operations. Main duties include answering a few call-in leads per day and transferring them to the correct sales representative based on company type and other criteria; managing leads submitted on our website and matching them with the correct sales representative; and assisting in SalesForce tasks such as assigning new accounts, creating basic reports of sales rep activity, etc. Knowledge of SalesForce, Excel and the healthcare industry a plus. Reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
This position will be working from the Irvine office, or possibly from home if necessary. Must live near Irvine or near Culver City. Being in the Irvine office will allow for this position to get to know the sales team to whom leads will be distributed, and the Marketing team who generates the leads.
6 month + contract position (feel free to inquire about extension/ contract to hire)

This position will be working almost exclusively inside the SFDC CRM, and will gain in-depth knowledge of SFDC processes and capabilities, Sales Operations, marketing automation and the healthcare landscape – an ever-growing industry. There is a need to grow our Sales Operations team, so a possibility exists of the job turning full-time if possible, as budget and skillset permit.
