Job Description

Success Factors:

To be successful in this position, the Professional Services Coordinator must be able to demonstrate support in administration processes required as an education provider established in all state departments of insurances. This position requires a keen attention to detail while reconciling the departments financial reports, accounts payable and receivable. The program coordinator is an essential support to inbound and outbound customer inquiries in addition to chapter and partner fulfillment requests. Astute salesmanship and extemporary work ethic is expected.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

NAHU Student Help Desk Services

o General understanding LMS and program offerings

o Assist student with online accounts

o Assist student with CE credit verification

Administrative reporting and data systems

General concepts of NAHU course development processes

Program & individual course administering processes

Assist with coordination of classroom and virtual classroom logistics

Maintain instructor state approvals under NAHU’s provider

o Monitoring instructor approval(s) in all states

Assist with annual state review, application & renewal of online/self-study correspondence courses approved for continuing education credits.

o Monitoring course approvals

Identify online vs. classroom CE filing classifications, distinction of CE credit awarded – administration & scheduling with department of insurances in all states.

CE administrator for live in-person or virtual classroom events (travel may be required)

Greater percentage of job responsibility includes reconciliation of financials across multiple systems, invoicing, and check requests.
