Customer Service Representative - Online Orders

We are seeking strong Customer Service Representative with CRM experience to join our candy distribution division!

Functions:

• Maintain great customer service and pleasant communication with all new and existing clients.
• Work on a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and Excel daily.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Handle customers from the credit application stage, through order processing, logistics and returns and issues.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
• Continually develop new product knowledge.
• "Go the extra mile" to engage customers.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of distribution operations and systems a plus.
• Customer service/order entry experience in a multi-warehouse national distribution business.
• Experience using / proficiency in Excel and Outlook a must.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in an open office in a fast-paced environment.
