Job Summary

As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital part in our clinics by providing essential support through administrative duties. Your role is indispensable as you contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic by managing appointments, organizing medical records, facilitating communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks, ultimately enhancing overall efficiency and patient satisfaction.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for devising and executing sales strategies aimed at driving patient volume, boosting revenue, and enhancing profitability.
  • In addition, you will assume a leadership role, managing and guiding the sales team, and offering coaching and training to help them achieve sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients will be essential to increase referrals and generate business growth.
  • Collaborating with marketing and other teams, you will contribute to the development of effective campaigns and collateral that align with the sales objectives.
  • To optimize performance, you will analyze sales data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and making necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • By providing exceptional customer service, you will ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to relevant regulations, fostering a positive experience for all.


Skills and Qualification:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support or customer service-oriented experiences in the field of healthcare or homecare industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages and Google Suite and familiarity with office equipment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is an advantage
  • Customer service-oriented office assistant with strong communication and interpersonal skills (Bilingual skills-Spanish and English are preferred but not required)
