Fun, temporary 3-4 month opportunity as an Administrative Assistant to the Senior Event Director at a beautifully restored mansion that is now an event space. This is a quickly growing company that is very busy. They are seeking administrative support through October at least - possibly longer. Need to be adaptable, willing to jump in on any task, and be flexible with your schedule. Will likely need to work occasional weekends.
Position works 35-40 per week. Hours will generally be during the day but may fluctuate based on need. Pay is $16-$17/hour.
-Answer phones and greet clients
-Schedule client meetings with the event director and coordinators
-Manage email and calendar for information box
-Process and organize invoices to send to accountant
-Any prior event experience is very helpful
