Office Manager in Milwaukie - Bilingual in Spanish
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to replace our long time current manager who is retiring. The office manager wears many hats and is crucial to the continued success of our business!
• Experience in construction would be helpful, especially working with general contractors.
• QuickBooks experience - 18 Pro Contractors Version.
• Payroll experience hopefully with ADP - 55 people, certified payroll.
• Good math skills
• Excel proficiency
• HR experience - Hiring, onboarding can be hand holding.
• A/P and A/R
M - F, 8:00a-4:30p with 30 min lunch, temp to hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
