As a Help Desk Technician, you will work independently and with a team to support the software and hardware needs of NVR. Your desire to deliver great service coupled with your problem-solving skills makes you a great candidate!

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional first-level technical support to NVR team members
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate support tickets
  • Monitor network
  • Assist IT Services team with hardware and software deployment
  • Support IT initiatives to improve end user experience

Job Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of IT experience
  • Experience with a Help Desk technical support team
  • Hardware experience with Dell and Lenovo
  • Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 2016 programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Preferred:
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
    • Microsoft Certification
