You're a skillful Customer Support Manager, who's passionate for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of highly skilled field service engineers and parts specialists, while ensuring that company objectives and goals are met.
Our Field Service department and our field service engineers are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment out in the field and providing technical training when necessary. This department also responds to customer callouts, provides technical service and maintenance support at customer locations.
You will be a great fit if:
- You can manage a team and oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- You can Facilitate communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
- You are able to manage departmental resources to support multiple projects, create timelines and cost projections, organize collaborative meetings, and ensure projects comply with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Your able to collect, evaluate, analyze, and assess service data.
- You can facilitate communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
- You can establish, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
- You maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate with the Quality Department, Electrical Department, Sales Department, Assembly and Fabrication Department, and Customers.
- You follow company policies regarding safety and conduct.
- You can perform other duties as needed to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission and abide by the values of the organization.

To be considered you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualifications; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in a supervisor and leadership role.
- Must have previous experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in automation a plus.
- Physical & Time Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be ablet to travel approximately two weeks per quarter.
- Can be available outside 9-5 hours for potential emergencies.
- Skills, Software's & Hardwar's:
- High level understanding of one or all the following disciplines: Controls Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
- General knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, Safety Designs, a plus.
- A team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and experience with manufacturing robots a plus.
