The NOVAftermarket Spares Group is currently recruiting for a WarehouseSupervisor to join our team in Odessa, Texas. The mainresponsibilities of this role include\:
Supervising the day to day operations of the Warehouse,including but not limited to\:
Must ensure that company policies and proceduresare being enforced and adhered to at all times.
Provide continual evaluation of the groupsprocesses and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources andequipment.
Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution,to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
Assist in maintaining KPIs to achieve customersatisfaction.
Assist in inventory accuracy.
Schedule daily tasks for Warehouse personnel
Manage Walk Up business in an effective andorganized manner
Assist Warehouse personnel with performing dailytasks when transactions are backed up
Strive for continuous improvement in processesto increase throughput, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies andprocedures.
- Must possess high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Extensive knowledge of inventory processes required
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written
- Previous Supervisor or Manager experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and accuracy
