Product Sales Representative

R3 Roofing primarily operates within the Commercial and Residential Storm Restoration Industry. We are a growing organization in a booming industry. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to take advantage of this opportunity. Our people first approach is the key to our success, and yours! We are hiring Product Sales Consultants for our Des Moines/Central Iowa office. This office services Central, Southern, and Western Iowa. Experience preferred but not required.

What your day looks like:
In this role, you will work with the team to campaign in neighborhoods, ie. speak to homeowners about their roof or exterior initiating the relationship and report with the possible customer. Supporting the next steps of the sales process through collecting information, initiation claim information, setting a follow up appointment along with explaining the products and services offered by R3 Roofing. This is a door. to door sales position. Knocking on 100 doors per day and track the result in sales system is part of the daily requirements of the job.

What we are looking for:
· Work a minimum of 4 evenings per week from 3pm-7pm and 1 day per weekend, 10am-
4pm or 11am-5pm.
· Ability to be able to walk 2 to 3 miles a day when actively knocking on the prospective
customer’s doors.
· 22 hours per week minimum in the field
· 8-10 hours office work

What we offer:
· This position is commission based, $250 per appointment set, with assigned contingency
and claim number. with the next steps being to schedule an appointment for a sales rep to
inspect/close the customer.
· 4 weeks of paid hands on training. Earning $500 per week along with potential to also
earn commission while in training!
