We are looking for a full-time Vice President of Finance in the New York or Utah office (or remote) who can support the worldwide financial planning and analysis functions of the Company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech savvy, detail-oriented, a quick learner, a problem solver, an analytical thinker, and able to interface with executives, managers and employees throughout the organization. What will I be doing? + Partner with the business to produce the Company's annual financial budget and forecasting models. + Publishing presentations of the Company's financial results and related analysis to the Board of Directors, Executive Management, and other stakeholders by specified deadlines. + Integrating the financial reporting and forecasting of multiple entities into a consolidated reporting format. + Collaborating with Accounting to analyze, understand, and report financial results to management each month. + Preparing reports and analyses of financial and metric results, including comparisons vs. budget and forecast; variance analysis; profit/loss by product; actual vs.

budgeted expenses by department; financial, metric, and pricing trends; and top customer performance. + Identifying and implementing technology solutions to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis needs of the Company. + Building, maintaining, and enhancing financial models that produce the Company's needed reports and analysis. + Recognizing and addressing needs and opportunities to further analyze and report on business performance. + Assisting the executive team with other tasks and projects as requested.
