Our office in New Haven is now looking for a full time customer service representative to join our team! As a Marketing and Development firm, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you're looking for an exciting, new way to utilize your customer service skills apply today!

Duties include:

  • Answering questions or concerns in regards to client products and services

  • Product knowledge

  • Data entry

  • Troubleshooting

  • Providing product and service suggestions personalized to the customers needs

  • Attending promotional events hosted by the client

  • Providing face to face and digital customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management

  • Computer skills

  • IOS/Android skills

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience

  • Maintaining a positive attitude
