We are looking for an accomplished, strategic, consultative hunter to join us as together we scale in this exciting segment and leverage our first mover advantage.
The role requires a self-starter, a quick learner, and a team player/collaborator. In this role the candidate will help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging service that will have a significant impact on our business and those we serve. You will be directly responsible for developing, defining, negotiating, and closing key targeted healthcare personas. We have a high performing SDR team focused on setting outbound meetings for you, an executive team focused on doing the same with a handful of large, strategic ABM outreaches, as well as a talented inbound marketing team to augment your efforts. Our ideal candidate will be a proven healthcare sales producer who has performed at the highest levels in fast-paced, high growth environments. The role will help shape the long-term strategy by refining our playbook for market growth.
•Responsible for meeting and exceeding meeting quotas
•Consultative approach w/ ability to gain trust and influence at all levels including
•Understand value proposition and successfully articulate it to target market
•Effectively manage deals throughout the sales lifecycle
•Collaborate with internal teams to help them help you and vice versa
•Writing compelling and creative copy that communicates our value to prospective clients.
•Maintain a robust pipeline
•Help shape the healthcare playbook
•Learn the product, very intuitive, fun to show.
•Reports to VP of Growth
•At least 3+ years in healthcare technology, services, and/or related sales experience
•At least 3+ years of direct field sales experience carrying and exceeding quota
•Expertise in positioning and selling services into new customers and markets
•Willingness to learn and teach, enjoying a team environment
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Complete comfort in presenting to all groups including senior le
•Sense of humor
•Grit, curiosity, integrity
