Retail Associate: White Mountain Trading Co.

White Mountain Trading Co. is looking for a positive & enthusiastic person with strong customer service skills to join our retail team. White Mountain Trading Co. is a Main Street retail store in the Alpine Adventures family that supports local artists and small businesses. We take pride in offering a carefully selected range of hand-crafted gifts, handmade products, souvenirs, & more. WMTC store offers a warm & welcoming shopping experience, and we are looking for someone who can embody and contribute to that positive brand atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Provide a comforting & on-brand shopping experience
- Confidently interact with customers one on one
- Work independently, if needed
- Passionately embody the WMTC brand through professional attire and a welcoming demeanor
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Restocking shelves
- Cash handling
- Operate a POS system
- Opening & closing operations
- Reporting inventory needs to the Director of Retail
*Previous customer service experience required
*Previous retail experience highly preferred
*Must be available to work weekends
