Telephone Sales Admin Assistant Part Time/Temporary

The TSR Administrative Assistant (part-time, temporary) provides general administrative and customer service support to the Telephone Sales department. Duties include but are not limited to auditing lists; answering the phone; filing; preparing reports; and providing support on various projects. This position also schedules appointments and provides customer service to NFIB members and potential members.

This part-time position will consist of a flexible 20 hour work schedule, and occasional additional hours covering vacations, special projects etc, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Secretarial/administrative assistant experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and customer service skills.
