CDL A Driver (Local)

What You’ll Receive as a CDL-A Driver (Local):

1. $28+ /hr. Depending on Experience
2. SIGN-ON BONUS of $5000

What You’ll Be Doing as a CDL-A Driver (Local):

1. The driver is responsible for performing assigned duties on roll-off delivery and tractor trailer hauling routes
2. Driver must be able to operate trucks with automatic and manual transmissions as well as PTO systems
3. Including but not limited to Straight Trucks, Roll Offs, Tractor Trailers and Panel Trucks
4. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other may be assigned as needed
5. Operate all trucks in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (Including DOT) and company policies
6. Provide efficient roll off delivery and removal services to customers on assigned route(s) or by work order
7. Follow customers’ safety protocols and standards
8. Load and unload trucks in a safe manner consistent with safety operation protocols
9. Document bar codes of Boxes during deliveries and pick ups
10. Personally load and unload truck when needed with proper equipment following safety protocols
11. Deliver loads paperwork to the appropriate personnel i.e
12. Forklift driver, Scale manager, etc
13. Safely store trucks and all equipment used at the end of day
14. Responsibly lock and set alarms of building at end of shift as needed
15. Perform warehouse work when needed

What You’ll Need to Have as a CDL-A Driver (Local):

1. CDL-A License
2. Able to obtain TWIC card withing 90 days of employment
3. Standing 20%, walking 10%, and sitting 70%
4. You will need to be punctual
5. Must be able to reliably commute to 97210 area
6. Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen and other job requirements
