Part-time Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and client service functions in order to provide excellent services to our referral sources and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Ensure clients and counselors are notified of upcoming/changed appointments
  • Verify funding authorization and insurance
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Maintain record and disseminate all incoming faxes appropriately
  • Perform all other office and administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with HIPAA and working in a Behavioral Health setting
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with difficult clients/patients
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must be available to work various days/hours of:
    • Monday - Thursday 2pm-7pm
    • Friday 2pm-5pm
    • Saturday 7:45am - 1pm (rotating)
