We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee all staff bookkeepers and delegate all bookkeeping projects. This is a full-time W-2 position. This person would report to the CPA Partner and is responsible for, but not limited to, monthly financial deliverables, training of staff bookkeepers, maintenance of multiple client’s book and assisting in preparation of their QuickBooks files, financial statement preparation, and assisting in tax preparation.

Minimum 5 years' Bookkeeping experience.
Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise.
Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate activities across multiple entities and properties simultaneously.
Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
Ability to easily identify missing information and competently communicating this to the client.
Experience with filing income taxes (a plus).
