We are currently looking to hire Home Improvement Customer Service Representatives to schedule appointments in our busy call center. This position is part-time evenings and averages 20-28 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays are required. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, base salary plus weekly and monthly bonuses! We offer job advancement for candidates that exceed job expectations.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Field incoming customer phone calls
- Input all company data including appointments, service, etc....
- Proficient Typing Skills
- Excellent Communication / Customer Service Skills
- Sales Experience preferred but not required
- Appointment Setting experience
- Highly organized
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
