NESCOR is currently looking for a Canvass Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy field marketing department. This position is essential to keeping our customers happy and satisfied by scheduling appointments for our Sales team and to ensure the close of contracts, at a defined monthly goal, that ensure both partner and customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast paced environment a plus. Background in Canvassing Supervision or Management is preferred.
Responsibilities of this position:
* Hire, Recruit, and Train Direct Marketing Representatives
* Provide on-going coaching and training to increase production
* Reach daily, weekly & monthly goals while earning incentive bonuses
* Manage 10+ employees in a fast paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:
