Health Coaches Needed - Sales / Account Management

Our products have been used and loved around the globe for nearly 20 years, have a number of clinical studies behind them already, and are undergoing exciting new lab studies to continue validating their power and making them easier than ever to share with prospective customers.

 

We sell this system to health professionals for use in their practices, and we include a growing number of business solutions in our platform to help them succeed.

 

The Job:

Your role, should you join our team, would be to show these professionals how they can grow their businesses with our system by helping their clients to achieve improved health outcomes. Or to show new health professionals how they can establish a successful practice with us.

 

You will also manage your accounts, once established, and earn continued commissions from their purchases (and those of their customers) over time.

 

Your background as a health coach or other health professional not only gives you the knowledge and language to speak more easily with our customers, educate them, and make an initial sale. It also gives you the background to guide them in growing their business with our products, leading to their success and yours.

 

Leads are provided in addition to those you generate to help you more quickly reach your sales goals, and often these are well educated leads eager to learn more about our system.

 

While our company is based in Tampa, FL, this is a full-time remote position (work from home).

Perfect for the times we’re facing, our practitioners can choose to work face-to-face or remotely with their clients. No need for office visits, and no feeling held back by location. The telemedicine model is here to stay, and our platform makes it easy for someone to offer natural health solutions through this model, complete with drop shipping services to their clients.

 

Our platform also gives our practitioners a range of tools for success, including appointment calendars and health intake forms; client profiles / notes; “lead magnets” like books and films and music to attract more clients; and much more. This is truly a boon for a health professional, and those who can see and share this vision can do incredibly well here.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for those who understand the world of health and are comfortable reaching out to others to share new solutions for their health practices. You should have had a level of success in running a health practice yourself, making you a good guide for others.

We are an innovative company that moves quickly, so we’re often rolling out new features or improving our processes, and need those who are comfortable with change while knowing they are surrounded by a team that wants them to succeed.

 

What You Want to Know: Compensation

This position includes a base salary plus commission for each system you sell and on your ongoing account purchases. Our expected sales minimums yield a salary of roughly $72,000, and excellence in sales can generate $200,000 and beyond.

Primary Responsibilities:

●      Become a product specialist to confidently discuss NES Health software and products

●      Follow up on inbound leads and on contacts from our marketing campaigns assigned to you

●      Find and pursue your own leads to further build your sales

●      Provide demos of NES Health solutions

●      Effectively manage a pipeline of deals in different stages

●      Close sales opportunities with health professionals while following a proven sales process

●      Actively manage existing accounts, helping them to grow their businesses and expand their purchases with us

  

Desired Skills and Experience:

●      3+ years as an active health coach or other health professional

●      Success in building a health practice and/or other success in sales

●      Comfort learning, using, and teaching about technology

●      Comfort in making outbound phone calls and communicating by email

●      A confident and articulate communication and presentation style, both verbal and written

●      A positive attitude while working with a collaborative team

●      A disciplined approach to time management

●      A student mentality willing to continuously learn
