Responsibilities:

• Installing new elevators in residential homes, performing routine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, repair, or replace parts, and conduct tests to ensure properly functioning equipment.
• Demonstrate the ability/desire to follow procedures and techniques in compliance with regulations.
• Possess the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
• Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret prints, technical manuals and/or related technical documents.
• Comply with all safety regulations and codes.
• Adhere to all company policies including safety, appearance, and customer service.
• Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Successful candidates will possess 2-5 years' experience installing private residence or commercial elevators.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds or more repetitively.
• Ability to climb up and down both stairs & ladders repeatedly throughout the day.
• Experience with both hand and power tools of the construction trade.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or as work orders dictate.
• Interested applicants should be understanding of flexibility needed at times to service orders.

• $25 - $30, experience dependent
