Core member of the revenue management department specializing in channel management, inventory management, data governance, new OTA partner onboarding operations, responding to customer service issues, auditing OTA booking financials and reservation information, creating listing content, building listings, photography, other marketing activities.

  • Communicate with OTA and wholesale partners regarding strategy and setup.
  • Manage systems connectivity and rates.
  • Analyze OTA Marketing spend and suggest future spend and strategies.
  • Communicate OTA strategy with revenue management team and senior leadership.
  • Communicate with guests, OTAs and team members regarding reservations including financial information, stay questions and concerns.
  • Manage and update rental inventory (units and room types) in property management software and booking engine.
  • Complete setup of new OTA channels.
  • Audit OTA listings for completion, content, consistency, and accuracy of information.
  • Assist with the marketing of rental inventory on OTAs, listing sites, metasearch engines, and more (ex., Airbnb, etc.).
  • Use Excel to track rental inventory and marketing efforts as they relate to OTAs, listing sites, etc.
  • Manage Channel Management team including hiring, giving direction and training, writing SOPs and mentoring.
  • Assist with implementation of revenue management basics and standards.
  • Develop property-specific strategies to ensure growth.
  • Establish appropriate goals and benchmarks in order to effectively measure performance.
  • Explore and provide variations in market mix which would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Analyze and monitor marketing channels, key, and other account production. Ensure that all major channels of distribution effectively support the resorts and maintain rate parity.
  • Update all channels of distribution as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
  • Assist with Marketing promotion rate and package builds, booking links, rate descriptions.


Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and other revenue management functions to include research, planning, market positioning, market segments, distribution channels, sales management, reservations, and yield management.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in property management and revenue management systems use and development.
  • Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis.
  • Individual is high energy individual with a positive attitude is a must. Guest service and team oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with partners, team members and senior leadership.


  • Ability to effectively analyze and use operational, financial, and marketing data to maintain and improve market share/penetration goals.
  • Ability to move quickly and adjust strategies based on trends, market demand and property needs.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and can associate with their needs through the revenue department.
  • Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market.


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotels/resorts with minimum of 1 year in Revenue Management.
  • Previous hospitality experience required.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Independent hotel background is preferred.
