We are seeking a Sr HR Manager to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
Compensation: $100-110k + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field
7-10 years Management experience; Senior Human Resource Professional Certification (SPHR) or Society for Human Resource Senior Professional Certification (SHRM-SPC) preferred but not required
At least 5 years at facility manager level (multi-site experience preferred)
Prior experience in a unionized manufacturing environment highly preferred
Professional presence and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Strong knowledge of broad HR practices and procedures with experience as a Generalist.
Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office applications
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (A belt is NOT required, but some understanding of it is)
