Job Description
NCW is seeking General Laborer (Production) for a job opportunity in Goshen, IN. These are full-time positions across all shifts working consistent hours with potential overtime. Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
Pay: $13.50/hr. - $15/hr. depending on shift
Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Exceptionally good eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Valid drivers' license or state issued ID.
- Willing to submit to and pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
