New Behavioral Network- Delaware is currently looking for Family Interventionists to service the Kent County. The Family Interventionist is a Per- Diem position giving you the flexibility to create a case load to your comfort.
In this position you will be working in your community so the ideal candidate will be open to travel. This program is designed to assist the disinfranchised to work with a team of professionals in order to get back on their feet. You will help families to become reunified and you will help them learn the psychosocial skills necessary to reach that goal.
you will also work with adults to help them resolve various problems in order for them to keep their families intact. You observe and supervise children while visiting their biological families. You will also: Connect clients to resources they need to be successful Work with clients on service plan that has been provided by DFS Assist in reunification events such as supervised visits Document client progress clearly and accurately Testify in court hearings Qualifications: Bachelors degree in social work or related field experience in dealing with various personalities and different socioeconomic levels.
