The NBN Group is hiring Full - Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in our Cherry Hill office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls for new and existing patients in need of durable medical equipment, supplies, troubleshooting of equipment and scheduling repairs. We will train applicants who have a strong customer service background, but lack medical equipment experience.
Some Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Gather demographic information including insurance information, type of equipment or service needed and diagnosis.
Verify insurance information and notify patients of financial responsibility (deductible / co-pay) if applicable
Work with patients, physicians and other medical professionals to obtain documentation required to provide durable medical equipment and services
Enter patient demographics, diagnosis and orders needed accurately and timely into the database and set up for delivery
Assist patient with entire ordering, delivering and billing process

4 year college degree required
Excellent customer service skills; prior experience in the healthcare industry a plus!
Excellent computer skills, including understanding of all Microsoft office products and the ability to navigate web based software and in house database effectively.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
Administrative or retail experience is a plus.
