The Customer Service Representative will work hand-in-hand with the leadership team in ensuring that NAYA guests receive excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, requiring availability Monday - Friday from 11:00am to 4:00pm, as well as regular travel to NAYA locations in the Tri-State area.


Responsibilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of NAYA menu, locations, hours of operation and services offered throughout NAYA restaurants.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the guest and the restaurant. 
  • Respond to comments, inquiries and complaints from various sources, with the utmost courtesy, within 24 hrs. 
  • Provide responses, offer guidance, and resolutions following our approved templates.
  • Manage, process and document refunds as needed.
  • Responsible for resolving issues and providing guidance on the NAYA app.
  • Update internal and external communications and training materials regarding quality assurance matters. 
  • Prepare weekly sales and quality assurance reports.
  • Manage ReviewTrackers platform; respond to reviews from third party delivery vendors.
  • Share customer feedback with the locations.
  • Identify areas of opportunity on customer service.
  • Recommend best practices and solutions to existing issues.

Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proactive approach to work duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Works well independently and without supervision.
