Reports to: Manager, Sales Execution Office Position Summary The Sales Execution Assistant ensures the order processing, execution, and maintenance of all customer sales orders received from the regional sales administration office. Responsibilities Administer the flow of sales orders according to contracts and/or customers purchase orders, presales information, and internal accounting guidelines Process billing to customers according to contractual obligations or sales orders terms and conditions Comply with revenue recognition rules through all Group entities managed by the Sales Execution team Communicate proactively with regional sales administration and internal units to align ongoing commercial activities and sales process; when required, provide training Ensure third party license management reporting, as well as transition to CRM Install Base Follow internal financial standards and ERP processes Confirm third party suppliers purchase orders Verify proper receipt of services when delivered as well as appropriate suppliers invoices matching with Accounts Payables team Support perfect alignment and consistency for the whole team Contribute to transversal projects working with internal customers (i.e GL Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payables, Production, Integration Center, Product units, etc.) Assume a User position within the ERP regarding full Sales Execution stream (customer relationship management, order management, project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, monitoring, and reporting) Suggest improvements and simplifications; implement changes upon request from management Maintain files and databases Your Key Qualities and Skills Excellent customer service skills Three+ years of experience in a full-time billing or sales operations role Common sense and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Deadline and detail oriented Preferred: ERP knowledge and/or Microsoft AX experience & Bachelor’s degree You don’t have to match all the listed qualities and skills exactly to be considered for this role.
