The Enhanced Outpatient Services Program (EOS) at North American Family Institute, based in Warwick, is currently looking for license-eligible clinicians (MHC, MSW, MFT) to offer intensive home- and community-based treatment services for families with children and adolescents at risk of out of home placement due to disruptive behavior, serious emotional disturbance, or other behavioral disorders. Cases are located throughout Rhode Island, with catchment areas based on clinician preference. This is a full-time salaried position with excellent fringe benefits. The successful candidate will have a masters degree in a mental health related field. Excellent supervision (two hour weekly) is provided to assist in career growth and independent licensure. EOS uses an evidence-informed approach that has provided meaningful change to families throughout Rhode Island.
The base salary is $44,000 with an immediate $2,000 raise for licensure and an additional $2,000 if bi-lingual. NAFI is a dynamic agency with a great work environment and growth potential.
