Our Customer Service Associates:

  • Manage challenging or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction

  • Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts

  • Match client needs to products and services

  • Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures

  • Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team

  • Act as the main liaison between our company and clients


A Customer Service Associate with us has:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service or related fields

  • Professional and confident demeanor with a very warm and sociable attitude

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change with exceptional time management

  • The ability to multi-task and to respond well under pressure and treat others with respect
