Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The position requires 25-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential client information
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist on-site guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Scanning and filing
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Computer experience including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Client-friendly skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
