Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Supports real estate management team as needed
  • Organize and maintain company’s real estate files and information
  • Prepare and maintain budgets and schedules for ongoing improvement projects
  • Organize and manage company-wide hotel stays and lodging program while identifying cost saving opportunities
  • Responsible for real estate invoice processing which includes obtaining vendor information, record management and sending appropriate documentation to the Accounting Department
  • Receives and addresses property maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Creates monthly reports to provide information for management decision-making

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
  • Two (2) or more years of direct and/or related real estate, facilities or office services experience
  • Highly motivated and solution oriented
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, planning and time management skills
  • \Ability to multi-task while meeting budget and timeline expectations
