Our client is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a great team! This is a direct hire position, health insurance starts on day 1!! You will handle customer service via phone and email.

- Shits available 8am-8pm
- Correspond and speak with customers answering questions, inputting data into the system.
- Take accurate and detailed statements from customers
- Calculate and approve payment of claims within a certain monetary limit
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service in a call center environment
- Previous experience in insurance is a plus
- Availability to work 8a-8pm shifts, you will bid for your shift
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
